Eken M009F

Eken M009F is an Android tablet for those who are on a tight budget. Priced at just 57 dollars, it features a 7 inch resistive touchscreen packing 800 x 600 pixel resolution. It runs Android 2.3 operating system, also known as Gingerbread.

To keep the costs this low, Eken went with the Infotmic x220 processor that is based ARM 11 architecture. It runs at 1GHz clock speed and is accompanied by 256MB RAM and 2GB flash storage.

Other specs include VGA webcam, Wi-Fi, external 3G module and a decent 1600mAh battery. Since it runs Android 2.3, it also comes with flash plugin that lets you view flash content, including YouTube that uses flash container for showing videos. Talking about videos, the Eken M009F is fully capable of playing 1080p videos, thanks to the hardware acceleration offered by its processor. via

Despite its low price tag, I would still consider getting MagicTab M3 over this as former packs more features and most importantly, better screen resolution.
