Cube U3 is a tiny tablet outfitted with a 4.3 inch display that packs 480 x 272 pixel resolution which is not the best we have heard so far from a slate tablet. While exact information about its processor is not available, we have been confirmed that it is powerful enough for 720p video playback.

There are myriad of cheap Android tablets around but very few are actually capable of doing something useful. Fortunately, Identity Tab is one of them and it retails for just 300 dollars. It has an aluminum body, just like an iPad but has size similar to the Galaxy Tab. It runs on a Samsung 1GHz Hummingbird processor and comes with same amount of RAM as well – 512MB which good enough for running a lot of apps in the background.
