Build quality is amazing and hinges felt very strong. Keyboard is similar to the one found on the Vaio P released back in 2008. It is backlit too, allowing you to type in the dark. If you want to use the Vaio in tablet mode, just push the screen forward and its smooth Surf Slider comes into action that pushes the display down making it look like a plain slate. Unlike iPad, it comes with a lot of buttons and ports onboard. You will find home button, lock keys, volume keys, 2x USB, HDMI and Ethernet ports. Performance is top notch too, thanks to the speedy Intel Core i5 3317U 1.7GHz processor or Core i7 3667U 2GHz.
